This will modify the logo throughout the entire store. If you need a specific one for Invoices and Emails, simply tab to Invoice & Email Logos in the next section, and upload images accordingly.
To change your shop's logo, simply go to Preferences -> Themes. Scroll to highlighted area of the image, pick a file you want, and hit save.
